PMC Construction will utilize your existing scope of work or will provide a detailed property inspection and develop a new scope of work to outline what needs to be done, what should be done, and offer various options for getting the results you want, when you want them.

Before any work begins, we establish a clear start and completion date to ensure meeting all deadlines.
If a maintenance project, we identify recurring dates/tasks and
determine an ongoing schedule/plan.
Scheduling is based on your specific needs with consideration to what you want done, how the work will be accomplished, and your completion/maintenance
timeframe. Our work is often finished ahead of the scheduled completion date.
All of our work is documented with before, during, and after photos.
Upon project completion, we send our quality control team to inspect and review all the work done. We ensure that all items requested are completed according to our high standards.
We then turn the project over to the homeowner or agent for final inspection, often participating in the checkout process as requested. If you (or we) find any issues, we make sure that they are corrected and you are satisfied with our work before we consider the project to be completed.
